Gulrotkake

  • 2 egg
  • 180g sukker
  • 1 ts natron
  • 1 ts vaniljesukker
  • 1 ts kanel
  • 1 ts kardemomme
  • 1 dL smeltet smør
  • 4 dL grovt revne gulrøtter

GLASUR

  • 1 pakke TINE Kremost Naturell
  • 60g smør romtemperert
  • 2 ts vaniljesukker
  • 250g melis

Passer til rundform 20-24cm. Desto mindre form jo høyere blir kaka. 175 grader i 40 minutter midt i ovnen.
